Eligibility requirements

• At least 18 years old (or age of majority in your state)
• Legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Meet additional eligibility criteria imposed by YieldsHorizon and Partner Institutions (e.g., U.S. residency, tax status, sanctions screening)

Accurate information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated at all times.

Identity verification (KYC/AML)

You authorize YieldsHorizon and our third-party providers to obtain, verify, and record information about you (including your SSN/ITIN, government ID, and other data) as required by Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML), and sanctions laws.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@usatestenv.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

YieldsHorizon is not a bank

We provide a technology platform and marketplace that connects you with deposit products offered by Partner Institutions. We do not accept deposits, hold customer funds, or provide deposit insurance.

Partner Institutions

Each deposit account you open through the Platform is a direct relationship between you and the applicable Partner Institution. The terms, conditions, fees, and interest rates for those accounts are governed by the Partner Institution's own agreements and disclosures.

No investment, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on the Platform is intended to be-and should not be taken as-investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult your own advisors as needed.

Independent contractors

YieldsHorizon and the Partner Institutions are independent entities; none is an agent, joint venturer, or partner of the other unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Digital interface

View, compare, and apply for deposit products offered by Partner Institutions.

Identity and eligibility checks

Perform verification checks on behalf of Partner Institutions.

Funding and withdrawal tools

Tools to submit and track funding and withdrawal instructions.

Dashboards and account information

View balances, maturity dates, and transaction history (to the extent such data is provided to us by Partner Institutions).

Customer support

Support related to onboarding, technical issues, and general product information.

Promotional programs

Bonuses and referrals, as described from time to time.

Right to modify services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, except as otherwise required by law.

Funding instructions

To fund a deposit product, you may be required to initiate an ACH transfer, wire transfer, or other payment method directly to a Partner Institution or to an intermediary/settlement account designated in your instructions. You must follow all funding instructions exactly (including reference codes) to ensure proper crediting.

Processing times

Processing times for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers are estimates and can be affected by banking hours, cut-off times, holidays, compliance reviews, and technical issues. YieldsHorizon does not guarantee any specific settlement time.

Availability and limits

Deposit products, interest rates, APYs, maximum/minimum balances, and eligibility criteria are determined by the Partner Institutions and are subject to change at any time. We may impose additional limits for risk, compliance, or operational reasons.

Deposit insurance

Eligible deposits at Partner Institutions may be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to applicable limits (generally $250,000 per depositor, per insured institution, per ownership category, subject to change under applicable law). Coverage depends on your overall relationship with each institution; YieldsHorizon does not determine or guarantee the amount of insurance available to you.

Partner Institution terms

Your use of any deposit product is also subject to the account agreements, disclosures, and policies of the relevant Partner Institution. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a Partner Institution's terms regarding your deposit account, the Partner Institution's terms will generally control for that account.

Unlawful use

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

False or misleading information

Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Circumventing security

Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features.

Automated access

Use any robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Platform except as explicitly permitted.

Fraudulent and illegal activities

Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited activities.

Unauthorized access

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to any non-public parts of the Platform.

Interference with operations

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any networks connected to it.

Enforcement

YieldsHorizon may investigate and report any suspected violations to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate.

Platform or service fees

YieldsHorizon may charge fees for certain services (for example, account servicing or premium features). Any such fees will be disclosed in separate schedules or on the Platform before you incur them.

Interest & APY

Interest rates and annual percentage yields (APYs) on deposit products are set by the Partner Institutions and may change as described in their disclosures. YieldsHorizon does not control or guarantee interest rates.

Bonuses & promotions

YieldsHorizon may offer bonuses or promotional incentives subject to specific terms and eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to modify or terminate such promotions at any time, including if we suspect fraud, abuse, or error.

Electronic delivery

By using the Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications, including agreements, disclosures, statements, notices, and other information, via the Platform, email, SMS or text message, and/or other electronic means we make available.

Hardware & software

You are responsible for maintaining the hardware, software, and internet connection necessary to receive and retain electronic records.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by contacting us at contact@usatestenv.xyz. We may close or restrict your account if electronic delivery is required to provide the services.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Policy page, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

Third-party content and services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (including those of Partner Institutions). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third-party site or any products or services offered by third parties.

Your responsibility

Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and designs) are owned by YieldsHorizon, our licensors, or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited license

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, lawful use only.

Restrictions on use

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform, except to the extent permitted by law
• Use any trademarks, logos, or branding belonging to YieldsHorizon without our express written permission

"As-is" basis

The Platform and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No guarantee of availability or performance

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

No advice

The Platform may provide general educational content, tools, or illustrations, but does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating deposit products and other financial decisions.

Third-party content

We are not responsible for any information, products, or services provided directly by Partner Institutions or other third parties.

Jurisdiction-specific limits

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

No liability for indirect damages

YieldsHorizon and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or any deposit product.

Cap on liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: the total amount of fees you paid to YieldsHorizon (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 300.

Non-waivable liabilities

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain liabilities for fraud or willful misconduct).

Your indemnification obligation

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YieldsHorizonand its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, or your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights.

Suspension or termination by YieldsHorizon

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, your use presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, sanctions violation, or other unlawful activity, your account is inactive for an extended period, or such action is necessary to comply with law or a request from a Partner Institution or regulator.

Termination by you

You may close your Platform account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform or contacting contact@usatestenv.xyz. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations to YieldsHorizon and to Partner Institutions.

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use and to any deposit accounts or obligations that remain outstanding.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Platform will be governed by the laws of the State of{ governing_law_state }, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by federal law.

Venue

Subject to any arbitration agreement that may apply, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in { governing_law_county },{ governing_law_state }, and you submit to their personal jurisdiction.

Arbitration (Optional)

You may choose to include a binding arbitration and class action waiver clause here. Because this has significant legal consequences, draft or review that language with your own counsel.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" and, where required by law, provide you with additional notice or request your consent.

Continued use as acceptance

If you continue to use the Platform after updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
